Florida Law Honor Society

Law Honor Society Oath

I pledge to uphold and honor the law and the U.S. Constitution,
and be true to the principles upon which our Constitution and legal system are based.
I will strive to conduct myself at all times in a manner
representative of the values central to our justice system;
I will embody Honor, Fairness, and Ethics as my core.
I will be loyal to my school and this chapter and will maintain and encourage
High standards of Scholarship, Service, Leadership and Professionalism.

The Florida Law Honor Society is a program offered by The Florida Law Related Education Association, Inc. to secondary schools as a way to incentivize and reward strong academic and voluntaristic achievements in the field of law education. Members are awarded a certificate of membership, a Florida Law Honor Society pin, and the opportunity to participate in an organization that improves its members as much as it improves the community.

Students who wish to be inducted must have an overall 3.0 grade point average (GPA) and a 3.5 GPA in law related courses. The student must also have taken the equivalent of three semesters worth of law related courses.
